Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all blades, guards, and charging cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment for hygiene and quality standards, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
